I just bought some Kashi. I decided I needed more fiber. We'll see what my body thinks. :)

I love me some Kashi Go Lean Crunch. One serving has 9 grams of protein, and 8 grams of fiber. Its not the best tasting cereal, but it works. I've recently started mixing it in with other cereal, and its pretty awesome that way!
