Food log 2/8/11

Breakfast
Half kashi crunch, half special k red berries, half cup blue berries, 1 cup chocolate almond milk. half banana, 1 tsp peanut butter.

Lunch
3 quesadillas with salsa, sour cream, and 1 avocado.

1.5 cups cashews



Dinner
2 quesadillas with sour cream and 1 avocado.
