I didn't go to work because I was trying to figure out how I plan on moving to Colorado in August.
I went on a walk. I'm paying attention to the food I eat. Perhaps not enough attention, but at least enough to know why I'm eating it at the time. Tomorrow I'll remember to smell and taste.
