Food Log 1/4/11

Breakfast
Egg and cheese bagel sandwich with cream cheese
hot cocoa with half a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder

Lunch
Healthy choice cheese tortellini soup
1 serving wheat thins
6 oz lemonade
water

Dinner
3 small quesadillas with fat free refried beans and 3 tablespoons sour cream
2 oz fudge
2 diet cherry cokes
