Breakfast
1 fiber plus chocolate chip bar
1 16 oz cup of hot cocoa/whey protein.
Lunch
beans and cheese
diet pepsi
cheese tortellini soup, sans soup.
Dinner
2 bean and cheese burritos with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and a whole avocado.
Exercise
12 mins Zumba. Got distracted and had to finish something else. eep!
